White clay ornaments

One of my favourite craft materials is white clay. It's really versatile and easy to use, even if you're not that creative. 

Some ideas:

1.Wrapping

Little clay hearts are perfect decoration material for sweet gifts. 

 

2.Stamps & tape

An original gift for a babyshower, birthday or other occasion: homemade hangers with a sweet note or message on it. For this ornaments I used alphabet stamps and my letterpunch with black tape.  

 

3. Embroidery

My favourite: the plasterwhite colour of the clay in combination with soft wool in black, grey and yellow. 

 

6. Paint

Geometric shapes, polkadots and little illustrations ... with black paint and a fineliner you can make almost anything on the ornaments. Just make sure the clay is fully dried when you start. Use the ornaments as decoration in branches, like I did!
